Ministry Op.: Sound Tech

Duties

• Operate the sound board during service times for worship band, special music, musical guests and Pastor Paul's messages.
• Record Pastor Paul's messages to tape and CD both services.
  
• Set up/strike mics, run/remove cables, troubleshoot sound problems as needed
  
• Meet sound needs of worship band members and musical guests, etc.

Training/Ministry Application

• Filling out a ministry ap is required.
  Download a music ministry application here.
• Print it out, fill it out and give it to Mike Reese or Erik Kim.
  
• If you have already filled one out you do not need to do it again.
  
• Erik will answer questions you have concerning ministry duties and he will also provide training.

Time Commitment - Prep Time
Plus Length of Service

• Generally speaking, Sunday mornings you should arrive 1 hour prior to service to sound check the band/soloist. This will also give you time to see if any equipment is out of place, if extra equipment is needed, etc.
  
• Wednesday evenings you should be there 30-45 minutes early.
  
• Sundays you will need to be there for both services
